Due to an overwhelming demand for mental health services and my commitment to providing thorough and personalized care to each patient, I currently have a wait list of 8-12 weeks for new patients. Please know I am dedicated to accommodating every patient as promptly as possible while maintaining the highest standard of care for current patients.

Thank you for considering my services for your mental health care needs.

For Children + Adolescents

A Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatric mental health, Ms. Alicia implements a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and creative stylistic approaches to assess symptoms and behaviors, identify treatment needs, and create a safe and supportive space to establish trust and rapport and engage children in interactions focused on achieving progress towards goals.

Through a combination of interactive play therapy, talk therapy, creative play, and other evidence-based treatment modalities, child patients are provided with a safe and supportive space to express their thoughts and feelings, learn coping skills, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of thinking and behaving.

Especially when treating younger patients (under 12 years), Ms. Alicia embraces a collaborative approach and works closely with parents and caregivers to involve them in the therapeutic process and provide guidance on how to best support their child's mental health outside of therapy sessions. Collaborating with teachers, pediatricians, and other professionals involved in the child's life is also crucial in ensuring comprehensive care and positive outcomes and may be a part of your child's treatment plan.
